Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

BUZD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. [Note: If you use carriers like UPS or FedEx that do not deliver to P.O. boxes, change this to state that you do not ship to P.O. boxes].

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. to over 30+ countries such as Mexico, Spain, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and more.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BUZD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).


Damages and Lost Packages

BUZD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@buzd.shop so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
